Group Membership Spreadsheets for Students and Staff are available for download here. Please note these spreadsheets are also available on the Institutional Membership Registration form and will need to be uploaded when purchasing an Institutional Membership.
Membership Note:
For the program year July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026, individual and institutional memberships will be free of charge. This decision is a direct response to delays in the AEFLA grant process and is intended to support adult education and literacy programs during this transition period. By waiving membership fees, we aim to ensure that all educators, administrators, and institutions remain connected and fully informed of evolving policies, funding opportunities, and best practices impacting the field of adult education and literacy.

The Institutional Membership Registration will prompt you to complete a spreadsheet for all of your employees / staff and students. The link to access this form is found within the registration form and above on this page.
Programs may complete and submit student information spreadsheets for their students, have students complete their own student registration forms, or choose not to submit student information.
Please note that student memberships are free and provide access to resources, training, networking, and eligibility for awards for student members. See the Student Membership page for more information on Student Membership benefits. *TALAE award eligibility for students requires that the Program Director and Instructor be TALAE Members.

Membership YearThe membership year for Texas Association for Literacy and Adult Education runs from July 1 through June 30. The membership application form includes instructions on submitting the form and payment to the TALAE Membership Treasurer.
